I thought it would be fun to round-up all my favorited health and wellness products that I’ve worked into my daily routine over the past several months. This is the stuff I spend my money on because IMO my physical health, my skin health, and overall wellness is more important to me than clothes, shoes, purses, etc. I’ll get that on Amazon lol. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments section below.
- LMNT
You guys…please stop drinking Liquid IV! It’s packed with sugar and meh ingredients. I’ve been drinking LMNT for almost 2 years now, so it’s not a new trend for me, but something I rely on now. There is zero sugar and packed with electrolytes and yes lots of sodium that is actually essential for us. (I’m not saying highly processed and frozen food sodium bombs are good for you though, so don’t take that statemento ut of context ;). LMNT is something I take 3-4 x week after a sweaty workout, when I’m feeling a little brain fog, or having sugar cravings. I mix it into my 40oz hydroflask with ice and it tastes so good! If you haven’t tried it yet, I recommend getting the variety pack so you can figure out which flavors you like best. Love the watermelon, citrus salt, and orange salt best. - Athletic Greens
I have been taking AG for about 6 months now, so I feel like I can give a good review on it. I take it every morning before/with my coffee (before is ideal, but sometimes I’m itching for a few sips of my coffee while I drink it). I add ice, fresh lemon, and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. A common question you guys ask about it is the taste. I think it taste good, but Heather doesn’t. I have noticed an increase in energy in the morning and like how it hydrates me first thing. It’s $$$, but it has replaced a lot of my supplements and I notice an improvement in gut health/gut motility since starting it. It really covers all your bases and is a high quality product. I think it’s worth the hype. - Nutrafol
I started taking their postpartum formula when I started to really notice my postpartum hair loss around month 4 of having Kinsley. I have since switched to the standard women’s formula and really think it’s made a significant difference in the health of my hair. After taking it for about 3 months (that’s how long it takes for it to start working) I noticed less hair loss in the shower. My hair girl even commented on healthy and thick my hair is right now. - Pique B-T Fountain
I take one packet of the B-T Fountain about 3-4 x week. It tastes amazing and I even add some fresh lemon and ice to it for a refreshing afternoon beverage. I’m all about adding in more electrolytes, deeper hydration into my day and it contains ceramides which are said to improve the appearance of your skin. - Vitamin C packets
The quality of Pique is next level and I trust that that purity of their supplements and teas. I’ve been working the liposomal vitamin c and elderberry packets into my routine for the past 3ish month and LOVE them. Liposomal vitamin c is absorbed more efficiently and also helps with collagen levels in the body. Elderberry is potent antioxidant that can help boost immunity while improving skin health as well. - Marine Collagen
I know there is a lot of debate whether or not collagen is worth the hype. Bottom line is we lose collagen as we age and trying to find ways to add it into our diet is important. I just don’t drink bone broth on the regular, so adding collagen into my morning coffee is the easiest way for me to get it in on a daily basis. Having 10-20 grams of collagen a day is ideal and also a great source of protein if you’re short on meeting your protein needs. Marine collagen is said to be absorbed more efficiently in body vs. bovine (cow). - Ice Roller
I’ve added ice rolling into my morning routine. Not only does it feel amazing and help wake me up in the morning, it helps reduce puffiness and decrease pore size. It’s great for increasing circulation and can be used for facial massage and lymphatic drainage. - Protein Powder
I’ve tried a lot of protein powders in my day and this one is by far my favorite. It’s $$ but the ingredients are of the highest quality so worth the money IMO. You get over 20 grams of protein per serving making it the perfect protein source for my smoothies. - Sun Visor
I saw Heather’s gal for a facial and have so much sun damage from YEARS of playing soccer without any SPF. I now keep this visor in my car and wear it on longer car rides. Sun is the #1 thing that will age you. You can spend all the $$ on all the things, but if you’re not protecting your skin from the sun it won’t matter. This is a new priority for me! - Turmeric Gummies
Gimme all the anti-inflammation products. We all know turmeric is a very potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, so it’s a no brainer to supplement it. I don’t add it into my cooking often, so a supplement is a must for me to get it’s benefits on the daily. These gummies also taste like candy! Win win.

Hi! Wondered what supplements your AG replaced? I have stopped my multivitamin but wondered what else I can stop! Also- do you do LMNT and pique b-t in same day? Or are they similar and you can do one or the other? Thanks!

It replaced my multivitamin, b complex, and pre&probiotics. I like my liposomal vitamin c packets, but I definitely don’t need it because AG is loaded in C and an antioxidant complex.
I rely more on LMNT after a sweaty workout, travel day, or just not feeling great and having lots of cravings (ex. After a poor nights sleep) and the other days I’ll drink the b-t, but I don’t really double up. I don’t think it would hurt you by any means, but not necessary. Hope that helps!
