ONE//SKIMS t-shirt
I ordered this shirt a few months ago and wear it all the time! It’s the perfect cotton t-shirt to layer under a sweater or wear on it’s own with jeans. So comfortable and flattering. I got size small.
TWO//Wild Indigo
A new (at least to me) color from Lululemon. This color is so beautiful IRL esp. for Spring. I got this tank, but also eyeing these leggings, this hoodie, and this bra in this gorgeous blue color.
THREE/ Bizzy CBD
I love my Bizzy CBD. The Green Queen is my favorite and I’ll take 1-2 in the evening to unwind or before bed to help with sleep. Use code CHAMPAGNE15 for a discount 😉
FOUR// Cookie Baked Oatmeal
I made this recipe last week and it’s so good! My husband even really liked it. It was easy to whip up for something sweet to eat after dinner, but would also make a good breakfast or snack. It tasted like chocolate chip banana bread. I also want to try this recipe which looks similar, but maybe even better?!
FIVE// Mid Crew Socks
It the colder months I like to wear socks over my leggings to workout or just run errands to keep my ankles warmer. I liked the look of crew socks, but felt like they were too long for my legs then would scrunch down and have an 80’s moment. I recently bough mid crew socks that just cover my ankle and they are perfect!
SIX// Mini Juicer
I’ve talked about it a lot on IG stories recently, but I love my new mini juicer. It makes a single serving of juice, doesn’t take up a lot of space on my counter, and it’s easy to clean. My go-to juice recipe right now it cucumber, celery, big chunk of ginger (no need to peel it), and parsley. I add fresh lemon juice and a dash of salt to it and drink over ice. I also make fresh apple and strawberry juice for the girls.
SEVEN// Foam Rolling + Stretch Classes
I’m lifting weights more frequently (and going heavier when I can) so I’m trying to be diligent about recovery afterwards to help with soreness. I love the Peloton foam rolling class and stretch classes. I got this foam roller super cheap off Amazon and it’s perfect for the classes. Get the 36”. Sometimes I only have time for a 10 minute class, but I really feel like that is too quick. 20 minutes is the perfect length and I especially love to do right before I get into bed.
EIGHT// Podcasts
I’ve taken some breaks from my audible (It Begins with Us) and have caught up on a few podcast. I enjoyed Genius Life Episode 272. I think it’s fun for celeb trainers to dish on how they train and he also shares good insight on training and nutrition. I also really liked The Blonde Files How to Support Aging from the Inside Out. They talked about hormones, supplements, and other pillars of health.
NINE// Reading Before Bed
For a while there, I wasn’t really reading before bed. I only listened to books on audible and found myself too tired to read before bed. I’ve shifted my bed time routine up so I know have time to at least read 15-20 minutes before bed. I’m reading The Winemakers Wife and LOVE IT so far. I’ve been enjoying historical fiction lately (in between my mindless Colleen Hoover books ;).
TEN// White Lotus
I know we are late to the party, but my husband and I are hooked! We flew through season 1 over the holidays and now taking our time and savoring season 2. It’s a dark comedy, so doesn’t make you feel that great after watching, but such great acting. Highly recommend if you need a new show.
