
In 2026 we are going to keep it simple!
We are going to focus on basic habits that make us feel good and age well:
- strength training
- consume a whole foods diet that is rich in protein and fiber
- drink plenty of water
- take our essential supplements consistently
- prioritize quality sleep
- meal prep > winging it
- reduce alcohol intake
- walk at least 8-12k steps a day
- make time for hobbies that fill our cups
