It’s always been difficult for me to find a concealer that doesn’t crease in my under eye until I discovered NARS concealer (I am shade Vanilla). I always apply this after my foundation (the IT cc cream + the concealer is a winning combo) and before my powder. I think I finally found the perfect formula for smooth under eyes but also provides full coverage without caking or creasing.
Charlotte Tilbury Pressed Powder
I can confidently say that all Charlotte Tilbury makeup products are ELITE but her powders (both pressed and loose) are in my top 3 favorite products of hers. This stuff gives you an airbrushed / flawless look. I press the powder under my eyes and “T zone” using this applicator after I apply my concealer and it is the foolproof way to create coverage without any creases.
Lawless Forget the Filler Lip Gloss
I have seen this brand for years but never tried it until recently. I love nothing more than a nude lip with pink undertones and her lip glosses (I have color Rosy Outlook) are something special. I love applying this lipstick first (I have shades Annie, Daisy Girl, and Wedding Day) with the sheer gloss on top.
This is a recent recommendation from my esthetician, Stephanie, at Sapien Skin who I trust implicitly. My skin tends to get some redness and irritation in the winter time and also because I do love my dairy and can’t give that up even in the name of skin health. So this product was recommended to apply after I cleanse and before moisturizer to help with inflammation and keep redness at bay.
This isn’t necessarily new to my routine but I have been using this mask before applying make up before all these holiday events and leaving it on for hours before I have to put make up on and it’s a game changer. It makes my skin so hydrated, dewy, and moisturized that my makeup goes on effortlessly. Having an extremely hydrated base is key for makeup application and this mask does the trick.
