How do you layer your Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter with your foundation? How do you apply it?
I start with charlotte tilbury magic cream and mix it with the D Bronzi drops. Then I do a layer of flawless filter applied with a beauty blender. On top I do my foundation, then concealer and so on.
Do you think Anine Bing sweatshirts are worth the splurge? Can you link some budget friendly alternatives?
We both love ours and wear them often! But there are some great graphic sweatshirts for a more affordable price. Zara and H&M have some amazing options like this and this!
Do you notice a difference being on Athletic Greens? How about Nutrafol for hair growth?
I (Heather) stopped taking AG because I got lazy and just wanted coffee in the morning and I definitely noticed a difference in my afternoon energy levels. I get really tired around 3 pm and feel so sluggish. When I am consistent on my AG game in the morning, I don’t get the afternoon lull. So yes, I notice a huge difference when I am drinking it religiously. As for Nutrfol, I stopped taking it because I wasn’t sure it was working. Oh boy, that stuff works. My hair is so much thicker on Nutrafol, it’s kind of wild. Highly recommend both.
What magnesium supplement do you take at night? Do you find it helps with sleep? What other benefits does magnesium have? What is the difference between magnesium and melatonin for sleep?
I take magnesium and L-theanine about 30 minutes before bed. I find it really does help with relaxation and getting restful sleep.

Why did you guys choose your saunas over an infrared sauna? Trying to figure out which type of sauna has the most health benefits.
TBH both our husbands did most of the research and ordering of our saunas. It was something they were both passionate about and we let them do their thing. Infrared saunas do not tend to get as hot as traditional saunas which is key to getting the cardiovascular health benefits of the sauna, but the lights in an infrared sauna have their own health benefits. So it’s best to do your research and figure out which type of sauna will meet your personal health goals and needs. This is a great podcast to listen to if you’re researching saunas and the benefits. We are both very happy with our more traditional types of saunas.
What water bottle do you use for Kinsley?
I have this water bottle for her that works well. I also have these for travel and if we lose them I’m not worried.
How long do you go in the sauna for? Do you do you night skincare routine before or after when you do in the evening?
I stay in the sauna for about 20-25 minutes and try to go in 2-3 x week. I am DRIPPING sweat, so I like to shower after and do my night time skin care routine afterwards and sleep amazing after.
