I love this article about the lifestyle changes this blogger made to help her get pregnant naturally. Even if you’re not trying to conceive this article really breaks where you can make changes to improve your exposure to hormone disrupting toxins and how to clean up your lifestyle. I’ve already made a lot of similar changes with the guidance of my naturopath and acupuncturist, but this inspired me to take an even closer look at my lifestyle. Fir example, we need new pans like these, and I plan to start using Branch Basics for our cleaning products.
I’ve been going through a lot of my skin care and make up products using the Skin Deep website to trying and replace my toxic products with cleaner ones like Beauty Counter. This article is so eye opening and has really pushed me even more to make cleaner cosmetic and skin care choices.
Lately, I have been making salmon bowls similar to this recipe on the reg. I like to add roasted broccoli and cauliflower, edamame, and use Primal Kitchen No Soy Teriyaki Sauce to bake my salmon in (when I don’t have time to make a sauce myself).
I’m obsessed with this monster cookie recipe. So bomb! I like to freeze half the cookies I bake, so I have a hidden stash when the craving hits 😉
I’ve been doing Melissa Wood Health workout throughout quarantine life and find that they are the perfect workout when I’m looking for something a bit more chill, but still want to feel the burn! I recommend using these cute weights for the workouts to add an extra burn 😉
I just painted my nails this color and it’s such a fun color for summer!
I’ve heard amazing things about this light therapy face mask and thinking about totally splurging on it during the Nordstrom sale…has anyone tried it??
Quinn and I made rainbow popsicles last weekend inspired by this recipe. While they were a bit time consuming (you have to wait for each layer to harden before you can add the next colored layer) we had a lot of fun and now have super healthy popsicles to enjoy during these hot afternoons. I also slipped some frozen spinach into the kiwi green layer to add some veg…shhh don’t tell Q 😉 You can really use any colored fruit you have…add water and blend!
I signed up for a subscription for these sensory kits to keep Quinn busy at home. She LOVES them and they keep her very occupied 😉 My friend just ordered one to keep her little girl entertained on an upcoming flight- genius!
OK… Walmart has some seriously cute stuff for kid’s back to school clothes. I got Quinn this pullover, these joggers, this dress, and these bike shorts.
Lastly, I’ve been eyeing Free People activewear. This crop in washed grey with these matching leggings would be so cute! This square neck crop is adorable. I have this pullover in lilac and also want it in charcoal for fall and winter.
I’d love for you to share with me what you’re browsing right now on your computer!
xx, A
