The RoC eye cream is a dual purpose eye cream. One side is for the top lid for lifting and the other side is for hydration and fine lines for under the eye. RoC is a tried and true product that I use in other forms and decided to up my under eye game with a new eye cream.
The second eye cream is by One Skin as I follow a master esthetician on TikTok who raves about this specific cream. She said if she had to purchase one eye cream for the rest of her life, it would be this one so I am giving it a try and will report back.
