I’m such a group fitness junkie and have been missing my in studio classes like crazy! Thank god I got my Peloton bike right when I did because I might be going a little crazy right now. I’m able to get my cardio in on the bike (and lots and lots of walking!) but I’ve also been using the Peloton and SWEAT app for HIIT, yoga, and strength training. So today, I thought it might be helpful if I did a roundup of my minimal, yet essential equipment to get in a good sweat at home.
