Heather what did you naturopath say about taking zinc to help Botox last longer? I asked my injector and my naturopath and they both were like, “Yep, LOVE zinc!” And it can’t really hurt you. There is already some Zinc in Athletic Greens as well as Nutrafol but I am taking 50 mg 4 days prior to my injections but not after that.
