Menswear Inspired: blazers (obsessed with this one and didn’t link it above) blazer dresses, and monochromatic sets are making a huge comeback this fall. Everything is very “menswear” inspired but with a feminine flare.
Statement Boots: You are going to see chunky boots, western boots, and anything that will make a huge statement (think fringe!) in the coming months.
Neutral Knitwear: cream and tan knits have never left but you will see sweaters and cable knit everywhere.
When to Splurge
I tend to splurge on my shoes/boots, staple pieces like leather jackets, winter coats, sweaters, jeans and handbags. Hot trends come and go and you don’t need to spend a lot of money on “date night” tops or denim that just doesn’t flatter. You also don’t need to splurge on good workout gear.. Amazon is my JAM here.
School starts this week and temps are cooling down a bit so I am itching to bust out all things COZY. Are you ready?!
