Everlane Leggings I have been on the hunt for new black leggings (boring I know lol) and recently purchased these ones and I’m obsessed. They feel like butter on, high waisted, good price point, and hit my ankle at the perfect spot (I got the ankle length + I’m 5’4″). They aren’t as thick as the Zella Live In Leggings which will be perfect if the weather ever decides to warm up in Seattle 😉
Mushroom Coffee/Adaptogens I’ve been trying to add in more adaptogens into my daily routine and have been using Four Sigmatic packets to help manage stress and anxiety. My favorite right now is the Chai Latte in the afternoon (reishi helps you chill and turkey tail is good for your gut). I frequently drink the Mushroom Cacao before bed to relax. The Lion’s Mane mix is good to add to a morning smoothie to help with focus and concentration. I also just ordered Moon Juice SuperYou supplement to take because I was having trouble taking my powered ashwagandha because of the taste and someone recommended the Moon Juice pill form supplement instead. I’ll let you guys know how it’s working!
Victoria’s Secret PINK Campus Joggers The tie dye sweats are my favorite and give me all the T Swift vibes! I loved them so much I got a second pair in black. I feel like they run oversized, so I sized down. They are so comfortable and fit really well. I used to shop the VS PINK line all the time in college (I had a VS credit card which was not a good idea for a college student to have) so I felt like my 20 year old self shopping in the PINK section again. It’s nostalgic for me, but they really have some cute stuff. Maybe I’m just biased because their logo is a black lab 😉
Exfoliating Pads My esthetician at Skin Spirit recommended I add these pads to my routine 2 x week (I don’t use my retinol on the days I use the pad). I’ve been using for over a month now and have noticed a difference in my complexion. The pads sting a little, but my skin is getting used to it. It’s really helped brighten my complexion and even out the skin tone. I wipe it all over my face and neck.
Think Royln Bag I’ve been eying this bag for a while now and finally pulled the trigger. I wanted a new (big) bag to use as a weekender, carry on, and gym bag and this one is perfect. It’s a little pricey, but I use it all the time. I will be traveling a bit more this spring and summer and it will be perfect for the plane and carrying all Quinn’s crap. I love love love the color in person and have been getting lots of compliments on it. Thought I’d share with you guys in case you’re looking for a new bigger bag to carry all.the.things. 😉

Spring Mules Alix asked me to find her a new spring mule and as I began searching, it wasn’t hard to come up with half a dozen favorites I’m eyeing for myself! The ones I linked above are probably my favorite, favorite. But I am also loving these | these | these.
Light Distressed Denim Spring has (almost) spring and I am gravitating toward light wash jeans with distressing since I don’t feel the need to cover up every inch of my body in the cold anymore haha. Levi’s and Abercrombie have my favorites right now. Here (just purchased) | here | here.
Weighted Blanket I’ve spoken about my love for a weighted blanket in the past so I thought I’d remind you all why I can’t live without it.. again. Weighted blankets can help soothe anxiety, creates a calming effect for people who are stressed or hyperactive, eases insomnia and increases serotonin. Ever since my husband bought me one a few months back, I haven’t been able to live without it. In my opinion, you need one at LEASY 20 lbs.. 15 lbs won’t give you the desired effect. And if you and your spouse both want to reap the benefits, you’ll need two. Some have asked if it makes you sweat because it’s so heavy and the answer for me is no. I have a comforter, my weighted blanket, a light cover on top and then my Barefoot Dreams blanket all piled on top and I don’t sweat and sleep like a damn baby. But now when I travel and stay in hotels, I am ruined forever 😉
Jogger/Sweatshirt Sets I am all about a monochromatic look.. all grey, white, black or cream and these sets from H&M are inexpensive, comfortable, and you still look put together. I love pairing it with athleisure sneaks and a leather jacket for an edgy edit. I am typically in athleisure about 6 days a week and only get dressed one day so these sets just elevate my everyday look and I feel like I look a little less sloppy than usual 😉
Happy Weekend!
