HEATHER
Free People Ruched Long Sleeve
Both of us have worn this ruched long sleeve to death the past 30 days (we both have in hot pink and white) and I am so tempted to get more colors because it’s the perfect layer to my workouts. I wear them on walks, to pickleball and everywhere in between. It’s extremely thin and lightweight so I layer with a sports bra underneath. I think it’s going to be the perfect layer for spring sports season as well!
This is the find the of months for me and I have my gf, Meg, to thank for it. I have been targeted for Negative pajamas for as long as I can remember now and for $200 I have never been tempted. I would never pay that much for PJs. So we were determined to find a dupe. These ones from Amazon are INSANE. Extremely thin and lightweight (so you don’t overheat when sleeping) but wash well surprisingly. We both immediately ordered in a second color. While they are still on the pricier side at around $60 for the set, it is WORTH IT. Bottoms here. I got mediums in both top and bottom. Love the Henley version too!
I knew I needed to get into the habit of applying eye cream day and night as I quickly approach 40 so recently picked this one up at Target. I was previously using this eye cream but ran out and decided to try something a bit more budget friendly for this month. Roc is just tried and true. Don’t neglect your under eyes, neck and tops of hands, ladies. Get in an eye cream regimen now!
I know I’ve shared this brand and this product a million times before but this one specifically is in heavy rotation this month. I find my skin getting very dry and irritated when it’s cold out and my skin barrier is just not happy. I apply a spritz of this hydrating mist on my skin at the end of the routine every morning, throughout the day and in my PM routine. Moisture is my friend right now.
ALIX
I was shocked how well this $15 AL* copycat skirt fits and was super comfortable while playing pickleball. Sometimes the undershorts will ride up with other skirts, and I was pleasantly surprised that they stayed in place. It comes in 4 different colors and I’ve seen them all IRL and you can’t go wrong.
Heather convinced me I needed these pink Nike’s because she has this style Nike in several colors and loves them. They are super comfortable and I will be wearing these all spring and summer long…when the weather is dry and I can get away with white sneakers 😉
Lately I have been investing in getting more frequent massages with the goal of 2 x month. My massage therapist recently got the BioBlade and used it on my forearm (I have some tennis elbow from pickleball) and all over my arms and shoulder etc. I immediately needed one for myself so I could use it for recovery at home. It’s small and compact and I feel like it does a much better job than my massage gun. It’s a wonderful recovery tool to add to my stretching and foam rolling routine in the evening.
I’ve tried so many watch bands for my apple watch over the years and I’ve never found one that I can workout in and looks cute with normal clothes as well. I really like the look and feel of these bands. It’s not too heavy while working out and doesn’t cause any irritation and sleek enough to wear with most outfits.
