Is there a brand you recommend for supplements?
Supplements are not regulated by the FDA so you want to make sure they are third party tested. Here is a good article to explain what to look for in a supplement. I like the brand Nordic Naturals for Omega 3’s and I like SEED or Klaire Labs probiotics. Other supplement brands I like is NOW, Pure Encapsulation, Thorne, and Garden of Life.
My 2.5 YO is going through a sleep regression…nap strikes most days, procrastinating at bed time, random wake ups at night, and early morning wake ups. Did any of your kids go through this? Any advice??
Yes…all so normal, but exhausting! Quinn went through this around the same age and I wrote a whole blog post on it here. Hopefully that helps and knowing it’s just a phase like everything else! Hang in there mama!

Do either of you have the Our Place pan that every bloggers seems obsessed with right now? Is it worth the hype?
No we don’t. But, the pan is on crazy sale right now and it seems legit! I just ordered the Always Pan for my sister for Christmas present. I (Alix) do have these bowls from Our Place and LOVE THEM! Would also make a cute and unique gift for someone.
Alix- can you link your Marc Fisher dupe boots? Do they run TTS?
I honestly don’t wear these type of boots enough to justify spending $$ on the real boots here (although they are SO cute!). I was so excited when I found these dupes! They also come in dark taupe . They’ve been selling out and getting restocked so keep checking back if you don’t see your size. I sized up thinking I would need more space for thick socks, but didn’t really need to. I’d say they run TTS.
Looking for a new longer puffer jacket for the winter. Any recs?
Love my Patagonia jacket I got when I first moved to Seattle. It keeps me very warm. I’m also obsessed with this longer puffer in beige, and this one is a splurge but looks so warm! This Amazon one is cult favorite.
