Alix what are your thoughts on Yasso “ice cream”? Is it better to just eat regular ice cream vs. these alternatives?
I just looked at the nutrition facts and ingredients. If you’re basing it purely on calories, Yasso is a lower calorie option as I saw some bars have 100 calorie with 5 grams protein. The one I looked at did have 15 grams added sugar. If you get a high quality all natural ice cream there are usually minimal ingredients (really only need 6 ingredients to make ice cream) compared to a product like Yasso which is important to me when I’m choosing a healthy option.
