Why are you adding apple cider vinegar (ACV) to your athletic greens? What are the benefits? I thought ACV was just hype.
I used to drink ACV every morning with a packet of Emergen-C and fresh lemon…I now know better that Emergen-C has added sugar, so I stopped that. I now take this. But anyways, I have recently jumped back on the ACV bandwagon because of the impact on blood sugar. ACV can really help with blood sugar stabilization (esp. when taken before a meal). It’s also claims to help with weight loss by increasing satiety and reducing cravings.
Do you use a cleansing balm? If so, can you link what you use/like to get makeup off?
I love this Elemis cleansing balm the most (it smells like a spa) or this Beautycounter version. However, this should not be used as your cleanser. Don’t skip that step after you use cleansing balm. And don’t use makeup wipes.. they smear makeup around and don’t take it off. And they’re just full of bacteria. Gross. Cleansing balm + cleanser is your golden ticket.

Heather can you link your humidifier again and why your esthetician said it was good for skin. Do you use it every night? How often do you have to clean it?
Yes I just have a cheap one from Amazon.. this exact one! Running a humidifier pulls moisture back into the air to relieve dry, itchy skin and retain hydration.. all about that glow! I set mine next to my bed and use distilled water in it nightly. I should be cleaning it after every use but only clean it once a week.

Crate and Barrel is your best friend when it comes to restocking your cabinets with pretty yet inexpensive glassware. I love the ”Tour” set (because that’s the champagne set I have) and this set if you want something more ”fun.” If you want simple and classic, I have this set for drinking glasses.
