Alix you mentioned Athletic Greens took the place of some vitamins you took. Can you tell me which ones?
It replaced my multivitamin, b complex, and pre&probiotics. I like my liposomal vitamin c packets, but I definitely don’t need it because AG is loaded in C and an antioxidant complex.
I rely more on LMNT after a sweaty workout, travel day, or just not feeling great and having lots of cravings (ex: after a poor nights sleep) and the other days I’ll drink the b-t, but I don’t really double up. I don’t think it would hurt you by any means, but not necessary. Hope that helps!
What is each of your favorite Nsale purchase this year?
Heather: Probably this everyday oversize tee that I’ll wear with jeans, shorts, or workout leggings in the fall! It’s high quality and an easy throw on. And Barefoot Dreams blankets are always a favorite each year!

They are just big mixing bowls that I use for my big salads. I got the 2 quart size.

I need a new rug for our entryway but I don’t want to cover up my beautiful wood floors. So something smaller but still pretty but that people can wipe their feet on when they enter!

What bag do you use to pack all the kids stuff for the pool, boat, beach, etc over the summer?
This bag (size XL) with the zipper! Heather has it monogrammed with her initials and then she also has smaller versions for each of the boys for their camps in the summer. The best and on sale!
