I jumped on the ear piercing bandwagon and now that I have 3 lobe piercings and some helix piercings, I want to change it up from the earring they put when I got pierced. I want to be able to sleep in the earrings so I am looking for a “nap” earring or a flat backed earring. Any recommendations?
I have never heard of a nap earring before but that’s so smart! I wear my classic studs to bed and don’t have a problem with it but that’s maybe because I’m used to it?! I love looking on Etsy for earrings like these.
Can you give a run down on the med spa stuff you do and the frequency? i.e microneedling, IPL, Botox. I’m trying to get into more of a routine, but not sure where to start and how frequently I should be doing everything!
Ideally, we see the girls at Sapien once a month. We leave it to the experts to tell us what we should be doing, which is why we love Sapien. Other med spas expect you to know what to book before your appointment but honestly who knows if they need microneedling over IPL? It all depends on what you are trying to achieve with your skin. Tightening will be one laser while getting rid of browns/reds on your face is something entirely different. We both love microneedling (in a series of at least 3 every 4 weeks) for collagen and elastin production. We are both now doing IPL every 4 weeks to get rid of sun damage/redness/brown spots. Sometimes we need a break from all the things and just want a hydrating facial. Find yourself an esthetician who really gets to know your skin and your goals.
Botox we both do every 3-4 months. We both metabolize Botox pretty fast so by 3-4 it’s time to refresh.
How do you travel with all your supplements? What do you bring with you?
I buy travel packs of my Vital Proteins (also found at Target or Whole Foods) and Athletic Greens to easily pack. I bring all other supplements in my pill box. I bring my blender bottle for my Athletic Greens and also throw in a few packets of protein powder in case I need it.
I want a new pair of Ray Bans…do you have a favorite?
I have always loved these and want them at some point but have a bunch of round ones that are just too similar.. but I love the hex! We also love the classic aviators and wayfarer.
