What is your favorite lip color combo?
Love a NYX liner (whipped cavier) + this lip gloss in FU$$Y
What mascara do you use to make your lashes look so long?
I use Revitalash twice a day to make them long and dark and then I’ve been using this drugstore mascara recently.
Favorite jeans for spring?
Levis always for me (zero stretch, get your normal size) and these AGOLDE with sandals.
What are your favorite couples shows you’ve watched recently?
Hands down The Last of Us (Pedro Pascal has my whole heart) and now Succession the final season just came out. Love is Blind is also a guilty pleasure that we both love.
I’m on the hunt for outdoor furniture.. any good finds?
What frother do you use for your milks for coffee and matcha? Do you froth half & half or just oat milk?
I have used this frother for years and love it. I don’t froth half & half, I just pour that into my coffee. If I want to make a fancier latte or matcha (cold or hot froth) I use oat or almond milk.
Is there a difference between aerosol sprays versus non-aerosol? For example, I have a spray version of ghee.. is that fine compared to ghee in a jar?
So, I guess the sprays aren’t good for non stick cookware. We have a few always pans and were told not to use cooking sprays because they leave a film that’s hard to remove with soap and water and can impact the pans performance over time.
Nutritionally speaking, sprays vs. pouring oil can help with portion control depending on how long you’re holding down the sprayer for 😉 Safety wise they are safe per the FDA. Some sprays do have some additives like lecithin (an emulsifier) vs. a straight oil or butter. However, if you choose a high quality brand like Chosen Foods there are no additives. We get the avocado oil spray at Costco and I’ll use on veggies if I’m roasting.
What’s the pre workout you use again? Is it safe when breastfeeding?
I’ve been using this one for a 2-3 months now. I don’t take it before every workout, but when I feel like I need a little extra energy boost. It is safe to take breastfeeding, but I would of course check in with your doctor before. I also only take 1/2 scoop (a full scoop makes me too glittery) so that may be a better dose when breastfeeding too.
