Which shoe would you recommend most for Orangetheory where you’re doing half cardio and half strength?
So I mentioned on IG that I wear my Nike Metcons for strength training because they are flatter and better for stability. I wear Nike Pegasus for running/walking/hiking. For a workout like Orange Theory I wore my running shoes because the Metcons are not comfortable to run in and my knee needs the support. Just be mindful when doing lower body strength or plyometric moves so you don’t twist an ankle 😉

It’s not a set.. just old waffle knit Lulu sweats I found on the clearance rack in hawaii and an old Aerie sweater but here are the most similar looks I found to replicate this cozy look: sweater \\ sweats
Debating trying Athletic Greens.. what does it taste like?
Honestly it’s mild. We add lemon and apple cider vinegar and drink over ice. It’s something you “chug” vs. casually sip. It has a little sweetness to it. It doesn’t taste like grass or anything green like that. It’s very tolerable and worth the benefits 😉

Can you share the name of your new couch and the fabric?
We got the Lounge Deep Sectional in the stock fabric TAFT CEMENT. I am SO pleased with it and happy we finally pulled the trigger on the couch I’ve wanted for years but was afraid because of kids. Not worried anymore and say get the furniture you want.

I (Alix) binged Shrinking on my AZ trip and it’s really cute. I’m also watching The Last Thing He Told Me on Apple TV and liking it (not loving). It’s following the book closely which I appreciate. My husband and I watch Ted Lasso and Succession together.
