I’m wanting a new band for my apple watch…something a little nicer when I’m not working out. Any ideas?
I hear ya! I like these mesh bands ($$) and got a really inexpensive rose gold one off amazon like this one. I feel like it loosens up and I’m having to tighten it a lot throughout the day, so maybe the more $$ one would work better? I also like these wrap bands, this leather band, and if we want to dream how great is this one?!
I need your help…I’m always hungry right before I work out (I work out between 5-6pm). What’s a good snack? I don’t like fruit or veggies, it has to be quick because I have like 15 minutes to change and get there and I prefer no dairy. I ate almonds on Tuesday and I was so bloated I had to stop!
Alright…a quick pre workout snack that doesn’t include dairy, fruits or veggies…I got you 😉 Here are some ideas…experiment and figure out what you tolerate best.
Pretzels/crackers + PB, dried fruit (I know you said no fruit but dried it sweet and concentrated dose of carbs perfect for a pre workout), 1/2 PB&J sandwich, instant oats + dried fruit or PB, bar (try half before and half after the workout) ex. Rx, Kind, Perfect or try making these energy bites, hard boiled eggs, mix almond milk + protein powder in a blender bottle…I like Vega, Aloha, TUI, and Garden of Life, try a different nut…cashews, pistachios, walnuts, or even a few handfuls of Purely Elizabeth granola would work!
As we get closer and closer to fall, I’m thinking about investing in a new pair of boots or booties. Which ones have you been eyeing?

I’m in a rut trying to think of balanced breakfast ideas for my toddler- can you please give me a few new ideas?
- frozen waffle + PB + sliced banana
- oatmeal + PB + fruit
- pre-made muffins (here are a bunch of kid friendly recipes) + yogurt
- breakfast burrito (eggs, tortilla, cheese, avocado)
- mini bagel + cream cheese + fruit
- smoothie…sneak in all the good stuff 😉
- chia seed pudding + berries
- “cheesy eggs” + fruit + buttered toast
- avocado toast + fruit
