What is the best jewelry that can be worn when working out or sweating in general?
Diamonds? LOL. We don’t really wear jewelry when working out but anything real gold, silver, or platinum has never bothered us. I think it’s best to take off anything else for fear of tarnishing quickly.

I like this supplement that helps with bloat. Also drink lots of water, decrease caffeine, alcohol, and salt/highly processed foods a few days before your period starts. Magnesium and Vitamin B6 will also help.

I’m starting to take creatinine per your recommendations and I’m wondering if I should be taking it during my workout or if time of day matters? Also what if I’m not working out- do I still take it?
You can take it during your workout or after for energy/recovery. The most important thing about the supplement is taking it daily and being consistent with that less importance on when you take it as it builds stores over time. Even on rest days you still want to take it. I take a low dose so I don’t cycle off it. Be sure to drink plenty of water with it.
