What is your favorite non plant based protein powder? How about probiotic?
I like this and this protein powder best. I rotate between them. I stopped taking a separate probiotic once I started taking Athletic Greens, but prior I really liked SEED and this one.

Easy transition tips for sending your child off to pre-k?
Is it ever “easy” sending your little one to pre-k?! I think communication is key with young kids entering their first school experience. My youngest is off to pre-k this year but he has been going to “school” since he was 18 months old so I don’t necessarily feel the need to prepare him as much but I still talk to him a lot about what this year will look like and what he is going to learn (and how he is expected to behave as a big four year old lol). I think talking to them about learning and making it something exciting and to look forward to as opposed to something that’s scary or unknown is critical. Hopefully they have a meet the teacher type event, can see their classroom ahead of time, and meet some classmates before the first day. I think that helps their confidence a ton. As far as drop off goes, if you have a child who is scared or crying when you get there the best thing to do is GET OUT QUICKLY. Lingering makes it so much worse. You’d be shocked how quickly they stop crying once you’re out of sight and then each day will only get easier and easier. I hope that helps?! Good luck mama! What a big milestone.
Do you know of any breweries/wineries in the greater Seattle area that are great with kids?
Matthews in Woodinville is very kid friendly.. we see kids there all the time. Ravenna Brewing in NE Seattle is great as is Fremont Brewing. We used to take our kids to both of those all the time when they were young and we lived in Seattle.
What self-tanning lotions do you use and like the most?
I rotate between a few faves. For a gradual tan that I want to keep from week to week, I use this lotion 3x a week. It also smells amazing. For an instant, dark tan I have been using this one or this one. I like both equally but the loving tan one is REALLY dark so if you want something less dramatic, go down a shade.
