What are you doing for hair health now that you took out your extensions?

First, I take Nutrafol daily and I KNOW it works. I am not being paid to say that and don’t have a discount code but plenty of influencers have codes if you want to try it out. I just use it because when I don’t use it, I notice a difference. Secondly, use salon grade shampoo and conditioner. I was just turned on to this duo. Next, a leave in conditioner at least 2x a week (I wear it overnight), a scalp revival and split end treatment. Lastly, always use a heat protectant spray before you blow dry and AGAIN before you curl.

I’m a little nervous about Thanksgiving and the food situation with family. It’s always stressful for me- any tips on how to get through it.
