My skin is already so dry from the cold weather. Any tips to help with dry skin? Favorite moisturizer, etc?
It first starts with water intake so make sure you’re getting at least 80 oz a day or more. Your skin will thank you. Secondly, a thick moisturizer that is part of your AM and PM routine. I use this one currently and love it. We’ve both also used and loved this line but it’s $$$. Lastly, exfoliate 2x a week with some sort of polish or exfoliant in the shower.

TBH I really haven’t found anything I love. I bought a case of Starla and it was sweet tasting. I’ve tried the Recess zero proof mocktails and they didn’t have much flavor at all. The best tasting AF wine I’ve tried is the Waterbrook Clean Chardonnay. This one tastes the most like actual wine. I’ve sorta given up in my quest to find an alternative and will just be boring and drink sparkling water.
