Yep, it’s a super trendy and unnecessary supplement. I’m actually getting pretty tired of seeing influencers with no nutrition or medical background shilling these supplements.
The most promising benefits for supplementing colostrum may be for someone with the flu, diarrhea symptoms/IBS, or those immunocompromised. The research on bovine colostrum just isn’t there yet to support taking it daily for immunity or gut health claims.
I love SKIMS but not the price tag.. any good dooopes?

Which tumbler do you prefer…Stanley or Brumate or something else? I need a new water bottle to motivate me to drink more water in 2024!
We all love our Stanleys and the new colors might be a good motivator, but I really love my Brumate. It doesn’t leak- even when I accidentally knock it over in the car and it just feel less bulky than the Stanley. I haven’t tried, but saw the Owala water bottles at Target and really like for travel when you don’t want a straw sticking out situation. Lastly, I’m a big Simple Modern fan. I love the sleekness of it and the price point.
