We both have them. Alix has size small the 4 inch and she says they’re a bit short! And Heather has 6 inch in size medium.

They are so good! I find them in the fridge section at Met Market if you’re local in WA and Whole Foods. You can also buy online. Such a good low sugar treat.

I was wondering, is Himalayan Pink Salt Water a good option instead of the LMNT packets? I wasn’t sure if this is just a trend or if there are true benefits to salting your water.
Adding salt to your water is totally fine, but LMNT also has potassium and magnesium so the balance of these electrolytes is ideal when needing to replace fluid/electrolyte loss. Benefits to salting your water or having an electrolyte supplement like LMNT is most beneficial when losing fluids via sweat (exercise, sauna, etc.) or if you’re sick. Can also be helpful for people who consume a very low carbohydrate diet, fasting, or consume a very “clean” diet which is likely low in sodium because lack of processed foods. If you go on the LMNT website they have a lot of great articles.
Do you need to take creatine on day you don’t work out?
Yes. Ideally it’s a supplement you take daily. The timing doesn’t matter, but best results if taken daily – even if you are not working out. I talked more about creatine in this post.
