Have you tried Rothy’s? I’ve heard great things but not sure if they’re overhyped and what style are in?
I see them all over Instagram and TikTok but have never tried them! I think the Mary Jane style of Rothy’s are very trendy right now and could be worn so many different ways and dressed up or down! I love these and they come in multiple colors.

Yes we have two because one wasn’t enough according to my husband and his midlife crisis. But they really would make a great birthday or Christmas present for a child or adult of any age lol.

Yep! This week I prepped this meatloaf recipe Sunday (covered and didn’t bake it) so it was ready to be thrown in the oven Monday before soccer practice and I steamed some broccoli to go with it. Egg roll in a bowl is also always a super quick recipe for a week night meal and one pot chicken taco bowls. Here are other easy crock pot recipes I like: one | two | three | four | five . This is also a good slow cooker recipe book and I’ve also liked some recipes in this cookbook as well.
I’m trying to strength train 3-4 days a week. Is Pilates considered strength training?
Sadly, not really. You’re never going to life heavy enough in Pilates to achieve muscle hypertrophy and change body composition. While you there are still so many benefits to Pilates and you will get a good burn, it technically shouldn’t count as a strength training day. I do feel like it’s great for core strengthening and working those small twitch muscles.
I’m hearing so much about the benefits of creatine, but scared to take it. Can you explain more about what it does.
