I use this vest and it’s 8lbs. I wanted to start lighter and see how it felt, but plan to get this 15 lb vest too.
How do you travel with your supplements, creatine powder, etc?
I use this pill case to organize my supplements, so just pack this with me when I travel. I have individual collagen packets I pack to add to my coffee. I use these formula dispensers (PTSD traveling with these) to pack my amino acid powder, creatine, and protein powder.
My fasting glucose is trending up with my recent lab work. Any tips to help lower it?
For starters, mindful of and minimize sugar and refined carbohydrate intake. Watch out for added sugars in foods. Be sure to pair carbs with protein/fat to slow down the sugar absorption. Prioritize a high fiber and protein diet. Walks after meals and overall increase of physical activity will help. I’ve also recently added inositol 2 x day and it’s helped me!
