These sunglasses are a knockoff of some designer pair I recently saw and for $15 they’re a steal and I love them. I also picked up this candle as my “in between” scent for November.. it smells like a hint of Christmas but very subtle. In December, balsam and frasier fir take over my house.

I’m seeing a lot of information about perimenopause and doing cardio….should I be limiting cardio in my 40’s?
As we age it’s definitely a priority to be strength training over just cardio; however, there are still a lot of benefits to cardio. The good news is that you don’t need to be doing long durations of cardio to get benefits. 20-30 minutes of HIIT 1-2 x week and adding in sprint interval training (SIT) 1 x week will improve your V02max which is an indicator of cardiovascular health. Adding in zone 2 cardio like walking is also important, so aim for 150 ish minutes a week of that as well.
