What PM moisturizer are you using right now? I just ran out of my $150 bottle and really don’t want to spend that much right now.
I am currently using beef tallow on my skin at night as it is SO moisturizing aka greasy AF but my skin soaks it up. It showed up in the mail and my husband thought I was using it for cooking and then was quickly shocked and humbled when I smeared it all over my face lol. Lots of benefits and learned about it on TikTok cuz that’s where I get my news and beauty regimen so it’s what I’m currently sticking with and loving. Also love the price point.

How do you know what weight to get for the weighted vest?
If you’re just starting out and wanting to use the vest for walks they say to start with 5-10% of your body weight. As you adjust to the weight you can make small increases, but ideally you should not go over 20% body weight. I did just order a 20lbs vest, but plan to use that as added weight when doing lower body strength. I think anywhere from 8-12lbs while walking/hiking is perfect.
