I’m feeling the winter uglies and need a good fake tan to make me feel better! What’s your favorite brand?
I think my favorite is Loving Tan Express for an instant tan (especially for an event or fun weekend). And then this lotion for a gradual, every other day type tan.
Your go to favorite lip color combo?
I resort to this combo 9 times out of ten with a NYX lip gloss over it.

I love the look too with a pair of casual jeans and a baseball hat. This one is cute and I am so obsessed with this one from Amazon but not sure if it’s as good as the picture or not.. worth a try for under $100!
How do you button up the house and be in bed by 8:30? I feel like I can’t get it all done and be in bed early.
I wrote about my routine here. I have always been one to get to bed early so it’s just part of my DNA but I think the key is that we eat dinner really early. I think it’s because my kids eat lunch at school fairly early and so they’re famished by the time they get home and I don’t want them snacking too much so that they’re not hungry for dinner. We typically eat by 5-5:30 pm and I have the kitchen cleaned up by 6. I am able to sauna or hot tub and wind down and then get the kids to bed around 7:30-8 pm. They usually read in bed (and I read to Parker) then my husband and I are able to watch a show or I read in bed. Lights are out by 9.

Favorite easy high protein snacks?
Cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs, Chomps/jerky, nuts/nut butter, roasted edamame, bone broth, or a protein drink. I also try and make a batch of no bake energy bites every week and add protein powder to the recipe for an easy snack.
