What time do you go to bed to be able to wake up by 5-5:30? I want to shift my morning routine forward but having a hard time getting up when my alarm goes off.
I usually get in bed by 8:30ish and aim to go to bed by 9-9:30pm. Sometimes 10 if I’m reading something good 😉 I wrote a post a while back about tips to become a morning person.
What kind of green juice do you drink in the morning?
I make my own using my mini juicer. I typically throw in celery, cucumber, ginger, parsley and lemon. I’ll sprinkle in a little sea salt too. I store in these glass bottles.
Where did you get the Unwell drinks and do they taste good?
My friend turned me on to these as an afternoon pick me up. I found them at Target, but you can also order on Amazon I believe. I’ve only tried the strawberry flavor and it’s delish, but my friend said she loves all the flavors.
