What is your favorite SPF for the summertime for your body and face?
For my face, I have been loving this SPF. Prequel just came out with a lip SPF that isn’t supposed to taste funky like most of them do and I can’t wait to get my hands on it. For my body, I’ve been loving this one with a little glow.

What product do you apply before makeup to give you a glowy finish?
I mix this illuminator with my foundation to achieve a hydrated look and also use this Glotion (in medium glow) and mix it with my SPF for everyday (when I don’t wear makeup but still want that look).
I’ve been obsessed with the ASTR the label dress you wore in Mexico (I think?)… I can’t find that gorgeous color online anywhere but I’m hoping to get a different one. Does it run pretty TTS?
I loved that dress and sadly the color I wore is out of stock. It does run TTS and I think the green lime floral is also so cute. I also love the style of this dress and the color pink aqua floral.
You might’ve answered this somewhere before, but is there a specific time you should be taking creatine like before or after a workout?
Timing honestly doesn’t matter! Anytime works as long as you’re being consistent taking it daily. Ideally you are not consuming it at the same time as coffee. So coffee pre workout and creatine during or after workout.
Is the lemonade flavor LMNT really good? Wondering if I should pull the trigger. Also is it safe for my younger athletes?
I really like it. It’s a more subtle flavor than some of the others and perfect for the summer. It’s safe, but I would probably only use 1/2 packet with a child. My friend also just told me about this electrolyte that is a healthier version of Gatorade with kid friendly flavors. Great for kids playing sports in the heat this summer. I also saw that Hiya has an electrolyte for kids as well, but can’t speak to the flavor.
Best swim goggles for kids that actually stay put?!
