Are creatine gummies as effective as the powder? I think I would take the gummies more consistently than the powder, but want to make sure it’s as good.
Yes, in this case the form doesn’t necessarily matter (that I’m aware of). Creatine comes in powder (most popular and cheapest form), pill, and gummies. Gummy form is a lot more expensive and some contain other additives including added sugar, but if it is the form you will take consistently then I saw go for it. The only ingredient you need in a creatine supplement is creatine monohydrate. It’s a cheap and simple supplement, but since it’s growing popularity the marketing world is taking advantage and creating creatine supplements more expensive and fancy then you need 😉

Alix can you link the neon workout tank you were wearing in stories.
It is the align tank from Lululemon. I don’t see the neon yellow online anymore, but it comes in other pretty colors and one of my favorite tanks right now.
Would a fiber supplement help lower my cholesterol?
It definitely could help! There are a lot of factors that can cause elevated cholesterol. Fiber, specifically soluble fiber, can help lower LDL cholesterol because soluble fiber is not absorbed in the intestines and can bind to cholesterol and help remove it from the body. Good food sources include whole grains like oatmeal, avocado, pears, apples, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts. Adding chia seeds and ground flax seeds to your diet is another good source. Lastly, if you go the supplement route, I recommend a natural fiber supplement like psyllium husk. Drink extra water as you increase your fiber intake 😉
