I’m looking for a neutral color scarf for the winter that is not too bulky, but will still keep me warm. Ideally under $100.
Here are some great options at that price point:
Alix where did you find those Rx bar energy bites? Would this be a good post workout snack too?
I found them at Safeway, but also can get from Amazon. The ingredients are great and this would make a better pre workout snack as it has 25 g carbs and 8 G protein and ideally you’d want more protein after a workout; especially if strength training. However, it would be a good bridge snack after a workout if you were going to have a meal within the next 1-2 hours.
I need a cozy set to wear around the house but is also acceptable for school pick up and errands. Not just your normal sweats!
I have this set in grey and want in black as well. I’ve worn it lounging around the house but also to lacrosse tournaments:
I need a pair of knee high pointy black boots to go with dresses, skirts or shorts this winter. Any good ones under $150?
I just got these, which are on sale for under $100 but they’re more “casual” so I also got these to dress up a bit.
I have a Favorite Things festive pajama party and need cute PJ’s ASAP! Any that will come in time?
With ski season coming up, what base layers do you like most?
I just got these from Target for my warmer ski days and then I love anything from Halfdays or Sweaty Betty.
I’ve been seeing cute athleisure cardigans. Can you share your favorites?
Yes, so cute.
I’ve heard psyllium husk is a good supplement to help with lowering cholesterol. Thoughts?
Yep! Big fan. The easiest way to take it in my opinion is to add to a smoothie. It can be hard to swallow when just mixed in water. Start with a low dose, ~1/2-1 tsp and work your way up as you tolerate it 😉 I alternate between adding this or ground flax to my smoothies for the added fiber component.
