Can you link the monogram shirt you posted on stories earlier this week?
I got this after seeing one of my mom friends in it at a birthday party and I had to have it.. I love a monogram detail. A little on the pricier side but it’s a high quality, classic shirt I’ll wear for years to come. A monogrammed light wash denim shirt never goes out of style in my opinion.
I need a new pair of Nike’s for my workouts and everyday lifestyle. Any cute new ones?
Everyone knows these are my favorite but recently purchased these after seeing a few people in them and so now I alternate between the two.
Any new skincare products you’re trying and loving?
Picked up the new Prequel hydration mist, The Ordinary Peptide serum, and squalane oil I put on over my moisturizer at night for added hydration.
What are the best base layers for snow activities?
I have a few sets but love this budget friendly option which is surprisingly warm (I got a few friends to buy it so we match) and anything from Sweaty Betty or Halfdays.
I’m seeing vibration plates all over social media. Are there really benefits or is this just another over hyped trend?
While there could be potential benefits like improving circulation, bone density, lymphatic drainage, balance, joint health, etc. this is NOT a replacement for exercise. Unless you’re already doing all the things and feeling the need to level up even more by adding a vibration plate, I would recommend saving your money and focusing on the basics that really do help move the dial. While all the health benefits people tout about vibration plates do sound amazing- they are all potential benefits. I’d prefer to spend my time and money on things that I know without a doubt make a big impact on my health then getting caught up in the little quick fix trends circulating social media. It won’t hurt you, so if you’re interested definitely give it a try, but I don’t think it’s a must have.
I’m doing dry January… any recommendations on how to be social without drinking and mocktail recipes?
I wrote a post a while back when I first cut back on drinking and navigating how to be social without drinking here. I just got this mocktail book and there are so many recipes that look delicious and don’t have a lot of added juices and sugars which I appreciate in a mocktail recipe.
Favorite travel pants that aren’t super thick like traditional sweat pants, but still roomy and comfortable for travel.
I often reach for these Vuori pants when traveling and just got these Lulu pants that are perfect for travel as well.
I love the Free People fleeces, but cannot justify spending that much on a fleece. Can you link a few dupes?
Yes! Thank you Amazon for this and this (just ordered in blue) FP dupes! They come in so many cute colors and a great price point.
Have a great weekend!
