Looking for new eye patches that actually stay put under my eyes- what do you like?
There are so many options on the market and we’ve tried a handful. This brand is our favorite right now because they stay put and almost absorb into your skin. They are less bulky than others that just slide right off. If you don’t want the retinol these are their OG eye patches.

What daily face sunscreen do you use? Your nose pre-cancerous situation scared me because I definitely don’t do a good job of daily SPF.
I wear this tinted moisturizer most days for SPF and use this spray to reapply. If I’m not wanting a makeup free day I use this one.
I want to add L-Theanine to my sleep stack. Is there a brand and dosage you recommend?
I like this one and 200mg is a good dose. Pure Encapsulations is also a good brand, but pricer.
What skincare treatments are you getting done right now before summer?
In the winter, I did multiple rounds of BBL laser and CO2 for sun spots and texture/fine lines. Now, I am in maintenance mode with microneedling for tightening and my occasional botox. I see Stephanie at Sapien in South Lake Union for all things skin related. For Botox I see Abby at The Clinic in Bellevue.

I have these in multiple colors (tan, white and black) and a standard flip flop in black and brown. I don’t get fancy with sandals! Just the tried and trues.
