At first we were like.. bars?! We aren’t going to bars hah! Heather sticks to Perfect Bars and loves the Peanut Butter, Almond Butter, and Mint Chocolate Chip ones the best!
Alix likes Perfect bars as well and have actually been getting the kids size ones from Target because they are the “perfect” snack size. I also like Rx, Lara, Go Macro, and Bulletproof collagen bars when in a pinch.

I am just getting into matcha tea and want to make my own lattes at home. What matcha mix do you recommend and what do you add to it, if anything? I tried one matcha mix that was super sweet and realized it had 8 g of added sugar and then I tried another with no added sugar and it was gross.. so I need something good but low sugar! Help!
Yes so many matcha powders contain added sugar (errr Starbucks) and that’s why they taste so good lol! I just got this matcha from Whole Foods, but Moon Juice makes a good matcha and Vital Proteins makes a matcha collagen powder I’m interested in trying. Four Sigmatic is a brand I love and they make a good matcha as well. There are other good options on Thrive Market. Basically look for a ceremonial organic powder that does not contain added sugars. If you want to sweeten it up a bit you can add a few drops stevia or maple syrup.
I typically whisk in a tsp of matcha powder into a few ounces of boiling hot water then add in my steamed almond or oat milk. Oat milk is sweeter and creamy so tastes good with the matcha, but if I use unsweetened almond milk I will add a few drops of stevia to it.

What is the difference between the align pant and the align II pant from Lululemon? I also need a new pair of leggings (mostly for lounging) would you recommend the align or wunder unders?
I didn’t exactly know the right answer to this question so I chatted online with someone from Lulu (yep I’m a nerd!) and they said the difference is that the align II pant has a hidden waistband and the align pant has a standard waistband. I like these wunder unders more for working out, but they are still comfortable if just walking, running errands, or hanging out. If you want leggings strictly for lounging then 100% go with the aligns…nothing is more comfortable! The align joggers are a really nice option for lounging too.
