We love a vision board! Takes us back to our college days ripping pictures from magazines and making collages. Now we do it online but the goal remains the same.. to set intentions for the New Year and get inspired by a fresh start. Here’s what we have in mind for 2024 🙂
H E A T H E R
2024 will hopefully look similar to 2023 as it was an amazing year for me. My body has been craving low impact workouts like yoga, pilates, and lots of walking and I am finally not chasing a number on the scale. I traveled to beautiful places and can only hope this year brings more adventure, especially trips with my husband and best girlfriends. Something I am focusing on is walking away from things and relationships that don’t serve me and being OK with it. A big goal of mine is saving money and not chasing trends.. it’s so easy to get caught up on social media and compare yourself to what other people have. I can’t wait for the summer on the water in both WA and WI, eating more whole foods (at home) and more tennis (which includes pickleball).

I’m rolling a lot of my 2023 intentions into 2024 with me. My vision board is a collection of pictures that make me happy and inspire me. I have two major milestones waiting for me in 2024…I turn 40 and have my 10 year wedding anniversary. In 2024 I have some trips planned (even though I hate flying I chose that picture lol) and a few hopefully involve playing pickleball in the sunshine. I want to continue with my current fitness goals of strength training and lots of walking with Daisy girl. My new intention for the year is to volunteer more. While I currently volunteer in Quinn’s classroom and a room parent, I will hopefully be volunteering my time to a local food bank as a member on the food committee to help ensure the food bank is carrying more nutritious foods. I also plan to bring Quinn at least monthly to volunteer at the food bank as well. Also looking forward to a sunny summer on the water and pictures of puppies just make me happy.
