As the year comes to a close, I thought I’d reflect and share a lot of my “empties” and favorite products I used the past 365 days and what I will be repurchasing in 2026. This isn’t an exhaustive list as I am sure there are plenty more favorites but these are top of mind and share worthy!
You all know I am a SUCKER for a good dupe and these have my heart. The New Rouge is my favorite and smells like Baccarat Rouge 40. I also love Not Another Cherry (Tom Ford dupe) and Sweet on the Outside (Billie Eilish perfume dupe). I have the body mist and candles and share them with all of my girlfriends.
While we’re on the topic of scents I’m obsessed with, add this one to the top of the list. While I love the Finery body mist for everyday or athleisure days, my Jo Malone perfume is for when I am dressed up or going out. I was introduced to it by a girlfriend when we met up in London and it was the perfect excuse to head to the flagship store and purchase it for myself. Whenever I put it on, it immediately transports me back to our trip this summer. My new signature scent that I can’t quite get enough of.
2025 was the year I took my hair health as seriously as my skin and nails. I never had super silky or healthy hair after years of dyeing and bleaching it but this year, I changed that thanks to following the Abbey Yung method I found on TikTok and has since gone viral (and all of her recommendations are sold in Target). I talked a lot about my step-by-step process in this post here. But it all started with Pantene Pro V products that I SWEAR by. My hair has never been shinier or healthier. And sure, I have essentially stopped getting it dyed, which has helped tremendously, but overall I credit her method to my hair health.
I rave about these sneakers any chance I get and I officially just bought my second pair after burning an actual hole through my first pair that I’ve had for a good 3 years. I wear them to everything and when I was walking through the rain the other day I kept complaining that my socks were wet and my feet were cold because I had officially worn them so much I had a hole in the toes lol. They’re so flattering and comfortable but practical for all of my activities and workouts. The picture below shows them in black but I have the white, silver and black version.
The Vitamin C is a carbon copy of Skinceuticals CE Ferulic acid at $144 a pop. The entire line is now my holy grail. I use every single product this woman makes and have no complaints about any of them. I cleanse with the oil, then gentle cleanser, layer on the vitamin c, hyaluronic acid, the peel, and lotion for my entire body. All of it is top notch and effective. It doesn’t have to have a hefty price tag to work wonders.
Absolute liquid gold when it comes to setting my makeup and leaving my face hydrated with a glow. I love nothing more than a dewy makeup look and this achieves that for me. I set my foundation and concealer with this setting spray, put my powder products on top, then seal it all in again with another round of spray.
Lash serums work if you use them consistently and this stuff makes my lashes long and lush! I use it twice daily and I notice if I stop using it, it makes a huge difference. Consistently is key (with everything) and this stuff is the real deal.
I now have these pajamas in every color combo they make. The softest, comfiest, butteriest (a word?!) item of clothing I own. I look forward to putting my PJs on every day.. which I do at 4 pm daily when I’m not carting kids around. I love everything by this brand and when they come out with new pajamas, I know I’ll be buying them.
This baby had a chokehold on me all spring and summer and I now own it in various shapes, sizes and colors. I have two back in Wisconsin and three at home with me in Seattle. I love the large size as my airport bag, the mini as my cutie clutch in the summertime, and the medium size for day to day. I have it in white/navy and all white with different sayings, initials, and my name.
I know I have a million more products I could share but these are the ones that initially came to mind and really stood out for me this year. I can’t wait to share everything I discover and share it with you girls in 2026!
xx, Heather
