
My travel schedule is packed April – June and I refuse to show up to the airport without snacks packed. I made a list here of blood sugar stabilizing travel snacks, but today wanted to focus on easy, prepackaged, high protein snacks you can easily toss in your carry on or even keep in your car or purse. Yes, they are more processed, but it’s better than reaching for a lot of the other airport snacks offered. Here are some of my favorite.
