I have had two pairs of Bala Bands for quite some time now and used to always wear them on my ankles when I’d walk but I’ve recently added them to my arms, even when I am just doing errands around the house like laundry, dishes, putting things away, etc for added resistance and to help tone up my arms. It’s actually trending on TikTok.. girls wearing them to do ordinary, everyday tasks (like blow drying your hair.. hello, burn!) and how toned their arms get. So I jumped on that bandwagon this past month and hoping to notice a bit more tone in my arms. I wore them vacuuming my car the other day and I was sweating lol.
Hourglass Hydrating Tinted Foundation
Another TikTok viral product that I recently purchased with a Sephora gift card that Alix got me for my birthday. I always apply my Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter and add this Hourglass tinted foundation on top for a hydrated, glowy application. I don’t like to wear a lot of heavy makeup unless it’s a really special event like a wedding so my everyday foundation is typically lightweight and natural. This tinted foundation is the perfect addition to that routine.
Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt Soap
This is just a yearly favorite at this point but wanted to highlight it before the Nordstrom Sale ends. The jumbo size of this soap is only sold during the sale.. you can get the smaller version any time of year but the jumbo just looks amazing on a bathroom counter I must say. And the smell is like no other. My absolute favorite. 10/10!
We were in the market for a new duvet cover and I branched out away from Pottery Barn and decided to try Brooklinen. Of course, I see so many influencers touting this brand as they get paid to do so I decided to see what the fuss was all about. I think the Sateen fabric is perfect in the warmer months because who wants to be hot when they sleep? Not me. It’s lightweight, holds its shape (a huge one for me), and looks very clean and polished on our bed. I always have two duvet’s on my bed for fluff and aesthetics but we’ve been using the Sateen as our actual covers and it’s really comfortable. Now I hope Brooklinen sponsors us cuz I do believe in the brand and the price point is perfect.

I was very hesitant to buy this ice cream maker thinking it was an unnecessary appliance, which it is, but my friend wouldn’t stop raving about it and it went on sale so I pulled the trigger. I’ve used it almost every day since. I use it to make myself different protein ice cream recipes with yummy mix ins and the ice cream (strawberry is their favorite). It’s a splurge for sure, but I love a sweet treat most nights and I will definitely use it. I was also pleasantly surprised about how easy it is to use and clean.
I have ADHD when it comes to my phone case color. I have this phone case in like 4-5 colors now and I’m currently in a lavender phase, so added this one to the collection.
I love the fit of this tank so much that I just got it in white as well. If you have a small bust like me you don’t need to wear a bra with it and it’s the perfect fit. I even wore with jeans last weekend. I tried a dupe off Amazon, but the fit wasn’t as good.
I had been seeing these cookies all over Instagram and was on a mission to get my hands on them. I found them at Sprouts Market and have tried the chocolate chip and peanut butter. The chocolate chip is my favorite, but I want to order the birthday cake off Amazon. I have been using the cookie as a mix in with my ice cream and it’s SO good! The ingredients are pretty darn good and I think it tastes great for a healthier cookie.
