I recently had an OCD flare up lol and had to tackle the spice cabinet. Every time I opened up, anxietyyyyyyyy. So I made sure to measure my cabinets and the number of spices I had and REVAMPED. It was so satisfying and now it’s even made me want to cook more 😉
I’ve shared this before but after listening to a number of health podcasts, it has been reinforced and reiterated that blue light is so damaging especially for our sleep routine. I limit the amount of blue light beginning around 7 pm. I plug my phone into the bathroom and really try not to look at it again until the next morning. And I only use the salt rock night lights for my light (as well as in the boy’s bathrooms). They put off a lot of light so you could easily make it to the bathroom without turning on any bright lights in the middle of the night.
Summer has me craving all the beach/pool/lake outings and I needed a tote to throw all the boy’s things into while also being cute but I didn’t care if it got trashed a little. So this straw shoulder bag is the perfect size and looks great with any summer outfit for all the outdoor events and activities. I’ll link some other favorites down below (the Anine Bing one is on my serious wish list).
While back in Wisconsin, my sister-in-law and I started talking about the Hero Mighty Patches. She’s a nurse and looked up all the ingredients and told me this brand is LEGIT (and so cheap!) for getting rid of acne. The second I got home, I purchased a bunch of patches and have been using them on random breakouts and WHOA. I was blown away. I had a stubborn breakout near my mouth (hormonal) and put a patch on overnight and in the morning it was GONE. Like, the entire thing POOOOOOF. I was so freakin impressed. And then randomly the next day Alix had seen our girls at Sapien Aesthetics and they gave her Mighty Patches for some stubborn breakouts, which is when I REALLY knew this was one of my best purchases of June.

I’ve had a cheapy Amazon ice roller for years, but rarely used anymore because it’s just meh. After seeing my esthetician and revamping my whole skincare routine I was motivated to add the ice rolling back into my routine. She said if I ever feel like picking at my skin to ice it instead. I also ice roll my face every morning after I cleanse and before I put on my products. It feels amazing and wakes me up! Click the link to read all the benefits of the ice roller!
I’m a water bottle snob. I have tried them all. I love my Stanley, but it’s not my ride or die. I love my Yeti, Hydro Flask, many Starbucks tumblers, Corkcicle, and S’well. But this month I had to pick up a Simple Modern tumbler at Target and I’m obsessed. I bring it on all my walks, workouts, etc. It doesn’t keep the water as cold as the Hydro Flask, but I love the straw (it’s soft and not going to hurt Kins if she wants a sip), design, and it it doesn’t leak! Right now it’s my current fave! I also love these straws!
Do I currently play tennis? No I don’t, but I love looking the part 😉 It’s finally warm enough to bust out my skirts and dresses and I love how they elevate an athleisure look. I wore this skirt last weekend and got so many compliments.
I use this everyday! I use it to mix my marine collagen into my coffee in the morning (no clumps!) and to whisk my matcha for my after matcha latte. It’s cute, easy to clean, and elevating my coffee/matcha game!
