This month’s favorites is going to be a quick one because I really haven’t bought myself anything over the course of the last month because shopping is NOT FUN this pregnant. I try.. trust me. I TRY! But I end up walking out of the mall with nothing except a pastry and lemonade. But, I did come across a few faves + a little wishlist for when this baby does come out and I can squeeze this ass into something other than Lululemon leggings. Here’s why I’ve got my eye on:
Chunky Knits: With the weather getting increasingly colder, I am all about a big, chunky scarf and sweater. And here’s a little truth bomb: my sweater is actually from the men’s section of H&M because honestly, being this pregnant, I wanted something oversized and longer than what I can find right now in the women’s section. Sometimes, there’s just nothing better than wearing your husband’s/boyfriend’s clothes.. amiright? Some other chunky knits I’m loving:
Native Deodorant: Natural deodorants are all the rage right now and every blogger is promoting Native and Kopari like it’s their job so let me preface this by saying I love me some Secret and I wear it almost daily, especially when I know I am going to workout or chase after my kids all day. However, Target is now carrying Native and I picked up the Coconut and Vanilla scent and I do like it. It smells reaaaaally good and I am trying my hardest to switch out any chemicals I put on/in my body for all natural remedies. But, I am not sure this is the best deodorant for an intense workout or long day. I wear it for date nights and casual, low key days.
Cozy Bomber Jackets: Once Parker is born, you can bet you’ll find me in the most comfortable clothes I can find, which includes teddy bomber jackets I’m seeing ALL over. Loving Gap’s version here. And Revolve’s version here.
Goyard Knockoff via Amazon Fashion: OK guys, I am not one to buy knockoff bags and even if I did, I probably wouldn’t shout it from the rooftops lol BUT I came across this bag via another blogger and reviews I read online and I’m telling you… it’s so good I had to share. I have a Goyard, I have friends with Goyards, and when I got this one via Amazon for like $60 (with shipping), I compared it to my real one and I can’t tell the difference. Yeah, it’s a little stiff when it arrives fresh from China but with a little wear, it’s impossible to tell the difference between the fake and the real thing. I have no clue how Amazon is able to sell stuff like this because it’s a knockoff but whatever, I am taking advantage while I can! I got the all black and am tempted to get the black/tan and orange for next summer. Truly a steal! This is the bag in the picture we posted last week:
That’s all I’ve got for October.. maybe November will be better but I doubt it since I’ll have a newborn in the next couple of weeks and the only thing I’ll be wearing is a bathrobe and spit up. BUT I CAN’T WAIT 😉 I’ll get back on track for December.. I promise.
