LED Face Mask
My goal is to wear my mask 3 x week for 20 minutes. I’ll put it on in the evening while stretching. I notice a big difference in my skin when I do this consistently.
Reading Light
I love my Kindle, but if I’m borrowing a book from a friend or I have a hard copy from the Library I will use this light in the evening. It’s better light for evening reading before bed than my side lamp to help ease into sleep.
Brumate Water Bottle
I always fill up my water bottle with fresh water and ice before bed so I can chug first thing in the morning when I wake up.
Sleep Mask
I started using a sleep mask about 3-4 years ago and now I can’t sleep without it. Having complete darkness helps me fall asleep quicker and stay asleep. Allegedly it improves REM sleep.
Slippers
My feet can get too hot in regular slippers, so I love a sandal/slipper situation.
CBD Gummies
I love Bizzy Green Goddess gummies and mostly take them in the evening if feelings anxious. They help me relax once the girls are down and prep my body for sleep.
Organifi Hot Chocolate Mix
I love something sweet before bed and this drink hits the spot with no sugar. It has all the right things to help with relaxation and a good night’s sleep. I also like Blume hot chocolate mix which is less $$ and can be purchased on Amazon.
Chocolate LMNT
I initially thought this sounded so gross until I actually tried it as a hot chocolate mix. It’s delicious. I mix 1/4-1/2 package into my Organifi mix and it’s a yummy combo- zero sugar!
Glass Mugs
These are the mugs I drink my above night time drink out of.
Handheld Frother
This mixer is a must to fully mix my hot chocolate powder in hot water so there are no clumps.
Lip Mask
I’ve tried other sleep lip masks and always come back to this one. The vanilla is my favorite. Always the last step before I get in bed.
Magnesium
Finally! I’ve finally found a magnesium that helps me sleep. I’ve been having issues with sleep (getting older is fun!) and realized I wasn’t taking the right magnesium before bed. Magnesium Glycinate is the type of magnesium you want before bed to help with sleep. There are many brands, I just liked that this one was third party tested.
L-Theanine
I take one of these to go along with my magnesium supplement to help me fall asleep and stay asleep 😉
