It felt like I was traveling a lot during the winter and spring this year. From girls trips and a birthday trip I was on the go a lot. For me, I stay put in the summer because we typically have unbelievable weather that we have earned all winter long and I don’t need to escape the rain for a few month.
However, this is a busy travel time for many families on summer break. I’ve rounded up my favorite travel wellness essentials that I always have with me when I’m away from home.
Owala Water Bottle
I have a million water bottles, but this is my favorite right now. I originally got this specifically for travel, and now it’s my go-to everyday water bottle as well. It absolutely does not leak and you can refill it without opening up the entire lid. I got the 24oz so it’s a little smaller and fits nicely in my carry on bag.
Vital Proteins
I love these individual collagen packets. I bring enough to put one packet in my morning americano.
Sleep Mask
I have become attached to my sleep mask. I need the room completely dark to fall asleep and my sleep mask helps me get into a deeper sleep. I never travel without it.
Mouth Tape
This is a newer essential. Heather brought this mouth tape on our LA trip and I was definitely weary to try. I LOVE it. I ordered my own and have been using it every night since. I’m ne of those annoying mouth tape believers now. I won’t travel without this now.
Hand Sanitizer
Duh who doesn’t travel with hand sanitizer these days, but his bougie hand sanitizer is my absolute favorite. It smells so good and looks cute too 😉
COOLA Face Sunscreen
I’m never traveling without face sunscreen and I love this spray when it’s time to reapply. I always have it on me and give my face a quick spray throughout the day.
Edamame Travel Packs
A new favorite snack of mine. I recently purchased a huge bag of these from Costco and Heather’s fabulous aunt told me to order the individual packets off Amazon for a nutritious travel snack. If you know me, I never travel without a variety of snacks and this is now in the rotation. I mean when we went to the JT concert the girls made fun of me because I had almond in my purse…your girl doesn’t like to be hungry ;). These are high protein and the perfect travel snack.
B.T.R Bars
Another favorite travel snack are these bars. They have a good amount of protein, the non chocolate flavor won’t melt in your bag, good ingredients, and taste good.
Glutathione
I always throw a few of these packets in my travel bag to help keep my energy and immunity up while traveling.
Formula Dispenser
It honestly gives me PTSD traveling with this remember making bottles in the airport, but I now use it to portion out my protein powder, amino acids, and creatine while traveling. I don’t buy the travel packets because they are $$ and this does the trick! I like to keep up on my supplements while traveling because I’m usually active and like to stay up on my routine as much as possible.
Blender Bottle
I use this blender bottle when traveling for my supplements.
Greens Packets
I don’t take Athletic Greens anymore, but I bought these individual greens packets for travel. My diet usually looks a little different when traveling and I don’t typically eat my normal amount of greens, fiber, and probiotics so I like to have a supplement to keep things moving along and give me those nutrients I might be missing out on 😉
LMNT Packets
My favorite electrolytes and I especially love them when traveling. Electrolytes are a must when traveling, especially if you’re goin somewhere hot or being active.
What are your travel wellness essentials??

Hey Alix!
I was wondering, is Himalayan Pink Salt Water a good option instead of the LMNT packets? I wasn’t sure if this is just a trend or if there are true benefits to salting your water.
Thanks!!
