Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. This product contains the essential amino acids that you must get through diet (your body cannot make them) and some people are lacking. The amino acid profile in Kion helps with muscle recovery and growth post workout. I like to add 1 scoop of Kion with 1 packet LMNT (both lime flavors) in my blender bottle after a hard workout to help support recovery. You can also take before a workout for pre-workout energy or during a long workout. It is also a great product if you have trouble meeting your daily protein needs and you don’t want to use a protein powder.
Because I needed another water bottle lol! This is a Stanley 40 oz dupe, but I actually like it better. I love Simple Modern water bottles. I also have this one for me and this one for Quinn. I love the SM price point and they leak less than the Stanley. I got the matte black and it also feels less bulky than the Stanley even though it’s also 40 oz. I would say I use my Stanley 30oz and SM 40 oz the most right now. I keep water bottles all over. One is always in my bathroom so I can take my supplements and have one in my bedroom and one is always out in the kitchen being refilled and taken on errands. I have a problem, but let me live!!
I’m OBSESSED with this jacket. It’s so comfortable and a little oversized so covers your booty if wearing with leggings. I’ve also worn it with jeans and sneakers and it’s so cute. It was so out in all sizes, but looks like it was recently restocked. Don’t sleep on this jacket if you’re looking for something cozy to throw on this winter.
My favorite sneaker to train in. I have two pairs now and wear them all the time for strength training and HIIT workouts. I wouldn’t run in these (I run in my Pegasus), but for everything else they are perfect. I mean our Peloton girl Calley also has like 5 pairs, so you know they are good 😉

These products have gone viral on TikTok because celebrity makeup artists use them on celebrities to make them glowy and flawless on the red carpet. The flawless filter is really hard to get online but perhaps you’ll have more luck in person. I layer it first and mix it with a tiny bit of foundation for full coverage. I also wear it on it’s own if I don’t need a full face. I am almost out and it could make me cry at the thought of not being able to get it but the powder also accomplishes a beautiful finish on the skin. I get compliments on my makeup every time I actually put some on (rarely) because it legit makes your skin look like the Paris filter on Instagram aka perfect and without flaws. Hence the name.

Too much glow? Never heard of her. I always top my makeup with highlighter on my cheekbones, down my nose, the tip of my nose, and the peak of my lips. I love this duo to create the perfect shimmer.
Alix and I both purchased this tote and I decided on the large version. It’s closer in size to a Louis Neverfull and the handles stretch so you can wear it over your shoulder. It’s a great size bag for traveling, everyday errands, or even a diaper bag for my new mamas. And the fabric is easily wipeable; and with a price point of around $300, you don’t mind if something spills in or on it.. I mean I would care but it’s not the end of the world like it would be in a Chanel. Ya know? Love this color too.
Tis the season for the sleeping bag parka to make its grand debut. I wear it for early morning drop off and after dinner walks. Soon it will be worn all day long but honestly, I get compliments on it every time I wear it. It’s warm, comfortable and oh so practical in the winter.
