Apparently castor oil for your eyelashes and brows has major benefits, specifically when it comes to growth so I bought this castor oil with a spoolie attached. It has two sides.. I use the spoolie on my brows to basically make them look like they’re laminated and I also use it on my lashes when I don’t want to wear mascara. I haven’t used it long enough to know if it’s doing anything for growth but I love using it on my no makeup days to give my brows and lashes a little extra oomph.
Advanced Snail Hydrogel Eye Patches
Don’t let the name deter you. Sure, snails can be nasty lol but the consistency of these eye patches are more like a gel. It’s like they are sitting in a little bowl of hydration waiting for your under eyes. I put them on first thing every morning before heading downstairs to make coffee and retrieve my ice roller from the freezer. I then sit in silence rolling the ice over my snail gel patches sipping coffee before the madness of the morning begins.
I am on a brow journey and really trying to get new growth since the days of overplucking. I have removed all of my micro blading (aka tattoo) and trying to really focus on getting the hair I do have healthy. I have been using this brow serum day and night religiously and I have noticed new growth in areas I was basically bald before and the hair I have is getting stronger and longer. I am not going to pluck or wax anything for a few months and then go have them shaped. But for now, I am really impressed with this brow serum and will continue to use it 2x a day.
Portable Charger with Built in Cables
I’ve had a few portable chargers in my day and I had to get a new one because my kids stole my last one. I saw this one on Amazon, of course, and decided to give it a try. I like how organized the cables are, the fact it has every cable for every device we use, and the display that shows how much battery life is left. My kids have tried to steal this one too so I have to hide it but it’s a really sleek design and perfect for on the go when I am always draining the life from my devices.

I cheated on Nike and really wanted to try these running shoes. I’ve heard mixed reviews on these shoes, but so glad I took a risk and got them. They are SO comfortable and really do feel like you’re running in a cloud. They are light weight and bouncy and give my knee a lot of cushion when I’m running. I walk and run in these, but definitely would never strength train in them! I would likely break my ankle trying to do lunges in these.
I needed a new coffee mug to take to work and went to Target with every intention of buying the new Stanley one they carried, but didn’t like it. I have been really happy with all of the Simple Modern water bottles I have bought, so I tried their coffee travel mug. It’s cheaper than the Stanley, has such a better feel to it, and keeps my coffee hot for a long time!
My local Target just got a facelift and now has a mini Ulta in store. TROUBLE! I tried the mini Fenty lip gloss in the color Fu$$y and love it. Such a pretty color and subtle for someone like me that doesn’t wear a lot of makeup.
I love my new vegetable chopper. I hate chopping onions and a friend recommended this. I suck at chopping vegetables too, so this really takes the work out of it and everything is neatly chopped up. It’s easy to clean too. Would make a good Christmas gift for a foodie in your life.
