We are both obsessed with this pizza recipe and probably both make it once a week. We’ve also got our husbands hooked on it as well…it’s that good 😉 You can totally add extra veggies toppings and make it your own!
INGREDIENTS
- Trader Joe’s cauliflower pizza crust
- Shaved brussel sprouts (1/2 bag)
- Mushrooms (1 cup)
- Spicy chicken apple sausage (We use 2 links sliced)
- Kite Hill Ricotta Cheese (or regular ricotta or goat cheese)
- Trader Joe’s vegan kale cashew pesto
- Red Onion (half chopped)
- Arugula
- Balsamic glaze
DIRECTIONS
1. Pre heat oven to 450 degrees and cook frozen crust 12 mins each side
2. Sauté brussel sprouts + onion + mushrooms + chicken apple sausage in avocado oil.
3. Lather cooked pizza crust in pesto
4. Add all the toppings you’ve sautéed + dollops of ricotta
5. Broil 1-2 minutes (keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn…just want to crips it up)
6. Top with arugula and drizzle balsamic. Enjoy!
