Heather and I both set the goal to train and run a half-marathon in 2019. I ran my first half-marathon last year and honestly while training for it I didn’t think I would do another. I dreaded my long runs, but got such a runner’s high afterwards that made it worth it. I felt so damn accomplished after my race last year I can see how people get hooked.
Anyways, since Heather and I both have the running itch right now (and we obviously want to look cute while doing it!), so we’ve rounded up our fave cute, yet functional training and running gear. To be fair, it is really hard to find cute running shoes and that’s one thing that you really want to place comfort and functionality over looks. Heather just got fit for the GEL-Kayano 25 Running Shoe (linked below). I took back the Saucony shoes I just purchased because my heel was slipping and plan to stick with Nikes (linked below).
